Welcome at Villa Casa Berkane

Welcome to our Villa casaberkane which is situated in a villa resort in front of the Kalat beach. The villa resort known as Campos Mediterrania is a small scale resort located in the rural city community of Iazanen (Kelaya region), in the province of Nador in the north of Morocco, within 20 km of the Spanish City of Melilla. It's opposite Spain's Costa del Sol and the City of Granada. CasaBerkane is only a 20 kilometres from Melilla and Nador airport and 70 km from Oujda airport; which all are international airports.

In addition to its good geographic location, it has an excellent newly built road network that links it both within the region itself and to the rest of the country. "Campos Mediterrania" is a small scale holiday resort at the gateway to Europe and is currently built on 8 hectares of land, with 5kilometres of white sandy beaches.

The Campos Mediterrania Resort will have a 4 star hotel, small local shops, aqua park, sports centre and marina all to be completed at most in spring 2009. Construction of the 130 villas has started in july 2003 and completion is expected at the end of 2008.
This resort is very well placed to grow in popularity and so offers very intersting investment potential as well as being a beautiful place to own a property. Beside its very peaceful location it has also a very clean sea and beach. This area is pointed out by the local community as a premium resort area, aimed at creating an excellent infrastructure with new access roads and amenities and promoting tourism in the area.
